The Birmingham Evening Mail listed all of the gigs in Birmingham every day of the week on the second (inside front cover) page.
Is this the same venue that was in Perry Barr and used the name Gotham City?

Wages of Sin and Second Thoughts. Advert says Gotham City (the old Crown and Cushion, Perry Barr)
8 October 1967
Yellow Rainbow (were Wages of Sin above and shortly after were picked up by Cat Stevens and became Zeus, his brief backing band). Advert says Crown and Cushion in Perry Barr
I remember going to the disco’s in the crown & cushion called Gotham City, I thought it was very grown up of me then
