They stocked some of the more obscure rock stuff, especially in the basement – there was an import section. The staff would play the 12″ singles and albums for you so you could sample before buying! It was the music I purchased here, and played by Funky Dunc at The Powerhouse, that inspired me to go into the music biz myself 🙂 So many happy memories here and I still have all the vinyl I purchased there!
