Hi There, just wanted to let you know i have a band listed as ‘Soul Direction’ who played here in Barrow during April 1979.
I have been unable to find any info on the band apart from that they were a five piece band from Brum who had by 1979 appeared on the TV show New Faces.
Anyone have anymore information about Soul Direction? Would love to hear the music

to b,ham archive i was in soul direction from its conseption in 1973/74 and played with
the band until 1981,i was the drumer.
To danney i played with your dad from early days from 1973 till approx 1978/79.have great memouries of that time in my life working with paul.
