I saw the Blow Monkeys here, First time on the guest list via my day job at Rackhams on the record department…yes they had one. Home mostly of James Last records, but one did ones best. Back to the gig. Really don’t recall much, support? No idea.
I saw the Housemartins & Hipsway here, both great gigs.
I was at this Housemartins gig too. We got there early and the band were playing football in the car park.
Saw Big Audio Dynamite at The Portland Club, my one and only visit. It was a bit out of the way and I couldn’t find the place and then got lost afterwards trying to get back into town.
